▶️You get a personal email from me no later than 48 hrs later.
▶️We find a suitable time for our meet-up no later than 1-3 weeks later.
▶️After this you get a zoom link + an email where I guide you for information I need up front.

THE SESSION:
▶️We sit down for a deep dive session for 2 hrs time where we cover through the sent up front.
▶️Session gets recorded and sent you directly after the session so you can listen again and again.
This many clients find very helpfull and I will off course guide how you to use this to how it covers your needs the best.
▶️I guide you how to use the new information so you support your body in the healing its just received that is naturally occuring during the session.
You will know how to manage and support yourself in your new realisation and opening.
▶️I send you off with love and extra care and we say goodbye.
