My name is Christina Lelou Manou.

I’m a woman rooted deeply in the earth, with channels reaching far beyond the sky.

I work with amazing humans, souls, female trailblazers, and empaths who want to live a soul-led life. Known for my wildly warm heart, spot-on intuitive guidance, and honest approach—I see you, and I feel you.

I run courses, workshops, and 1:1 sessions, rooted in energetic work and CHUA numerology.

I’ve helped countless amazing individuals live more passionate, fulfilling lives—both personally and in their businesses.

Highly intuitive, I always listen to what I’m guided toward.

I believe true healing and growth come from honoring where you are while holding space for your highest potential.

I’m trauma and somatic trained, with experience dating back to 2011, learning from incredible teachers around the world around emotional, somatic, energetic work. I prioritize keeping my knowledge up to date every year beause one of my passions is knowledge.

I have a background as a product manager for a women’s fashion brand, but in 2021, I left the corporate world behind.

I started my spiritual business that same year, and I haven’t looked back since.

I am not for most people, but I am for you that's prepared to do something different to get something different.

I’m here for you—the one who wants more out of life and refuses to settle.

You’ve tried that route, and you know it’s not for you, even though the people around you may have told you otherwise.

I work with energy in a grounded, practical way. I believe the biggest shift comes when we take aligned, soul-led action. With me, we don’t just talk—we listen to your soul and act from its core. It’s through these steps that you get closer and closer to you.

I’ve never sat in a cacao circle, and I don’t own tarot or spiritual cards. For me, spirituality isn’t about those things. It’s about empowering you from the inside out, helping you connect to your own inner voice and power.

That is spirituality to me.

It’s not about crystals or cards. While I have nothing against them and own crystals myself, I don’t believe they make you more spiritual. I believe in tuning you into your inner voice and senses so you can create real, tangible change in your life.
