My name is

Christina Lelou Manou.

I am a woman with roots all the way to the core of the earth and channels all the way up above the sky.

I work with humans, souls, trailblazers and empaths who want to live their own soul-led life.

I am known for my wildly warm heart and my spot on intuitive way of supporting and my honesty.

Make no mistake :

I see you and I feel you.

I run courses, workshops, educations and 1:1 from the foundation of coaching and energetic work and have supported multiple amazing human beings to live a more passion led life.

I am highly intuitive.

I always listen to what I am being guided and I always believe that what gives the best and fastest way to healing and growth is a mix of always keeping space for where you are as well as seeing you in your light.

I am trauma and somatic trained and has multiple experience with being trained by some amazing teachers since 2011 and prioritise getting new and updated knowledge each year as a minimum.

I have a background in the cooperate world as product manager for a female fashion brand.

I left it all in 2021 and started my passion spiritual business in 2022 and haven't looked back since.

I am not for most people, but I am for you that's prepared

to do something different to get something different.

I am for you, that wants more out of life and dont wanna freaking settle.

You have tried that shit and you KNOW that is not for you even though you might have been told to do exactly this throughout life from the people around you.

You want MORE and you want all juicy part of this LIFE and you are willing to make yourself available for it.

You know you are meant for your most unique life and when you seek my help it is to get exactly this and you are ready to change into the person you were always meant to be by doing so.

Besides this I work with energy in a very grounded way.

I believe the biggest difference we can do when working with spiritual work is to make aligned steps of action so with me we never just talk about things.

We listen and we act from your souls core because from these exact steps you come closer and closer to YOU.

I have never sat in a cacao circle and I do not own a deck of tarot or spiritual cards.

For me this has nothing to do with spirituality, I will rather support you in knowing your own inner voice and you make YOU more powerfull from the inside out.

TO me this is spirituality.

Not crystals, cards, etc.

I have nothing against them, but I do not believe they make you more spiritual.

I believe in tuning you MORE into YOUR inner voice and senses to make you begin to see an actual change in your life.
